80% of BTZO is owned by FCC. All three conpanies are fully controlled by Kevin Kreisler.
He could have his reasons to merge BTZO and GERS. The two are both available on the OTC. Maybe he wants to go to Nasdaq or take them private. Who knows. But I think everything he does is in his best interest.
