I know he was trying, unsuccessfully to take FilmOn public a few years back. For whatever reason, the IPO never materialized.

I checked with his IR guy who told me that they are currently focusing their efforts on bringing Hologram USA public. One would assume he’d also want FilmOn to find a home there as well. Hologram USA you may recall caused a bit of a ruckus a few years back with their Michael Jackson concert in Vegas. Here’s a recent example of their work. Its pretty mind blowing:

Again, not clear on the CBD connection, but Alki David sure seems interested in GRCK and that’s good enough for me to see where this goes. Tomorrow should be interesting!
