This is what I understand!
135 apx mil "Real" shares in the float as of now!
800 mil "Real" shares issued!
665 apx mil "Real" shares are in one way or another controled by insiders, and are not traded!
25% of the company will be sold to another Co.
It is indicated to be from the float or about 120 mil shares!
leaving a float of about 15 mil "Real" shares!

Note "Real"
there may be as many as 200 mil FTD's out there!
Giving an apparent Float now of about 300 mil share and after 200 mil share +/- 10%
