In my current mode of "just wishful dreaming" I continue to look for ways in which a solution favorable to current RCPI shareholders can be reached.

It appears that the departure of the lawyers from the bankruptcy case has cleared the way for the sale of the assets (IP). If so, this would be an ideal time for RCPI to request a conversion to Chapter 11. Under Chapter 11 the way would be cleared for a combining of RCPI and MYMD Pharmaceuticals.

Since RCPI has about 180 million shares outstanding it probably would be necessary to effect a reverse split of 1 for 10 to 1 for 100 to bring the outstanding shares down to a manageable level consistent with the outstanding shares in MYMD Pharma.

RCPI shares could then be exchanged for MYMD shares based on the relative estimated potential future valuations of both RCPI and MYMD, keeping in mind that RCPI Loss Carryover can be viewed as an asset in the merger.

See, that was easy!
