Looking back on that big 6.1M share day on 11/1/2017, we haven't really dipped below that level (.59) for quite some time, without immediately bouncing back.

Maybe (big maybe), whoever bought there is not anxious to sell, and is starting to come back. Saw some hint of that last trading day of the year.

Pure speculation on my part, but we'll see.
