To me, there is NO QUESTION that this technology 'works'. This is not a clinical trial to cure Alzheimers. We just need the funding to bring the technical support and components together to make it a reality. As Jon Leonard has stated, "this project is similar to many i have done in the past." The difference now, is that this is his own venture and not one for Raytheon or any other billion dollar company that he has written, developed technical patents for. Something to remember.
