Because he did it so that he could stop SEC reporting. The financials are a mess. You know it, I know it, we all know it. By doing so he has screwed the remaining shareholders.

There are many on this board who think that he is somehow incompetent regarding reporting financials. If he is, why would you put your stake in a man who cant seem to report accurately? why would one believe the OTC reports that are being submitted if he cant get audited reports? Do these financials even remotely express what is going on in the company or are they just made up?
