Yeah I did find it..
Could you say how the merger in your opinion might effect the stock. It might take some time, maybe even years to happen. And plans might have changed. I find it hard to imagine what the results of a merger would be for both stocks.
Sure they might profit after it happened. But isn’t it just meaning they would take somekind of value of each company / float * the shareprice and then they calculate how many shares of a new stock you will get for the old?
