Treaty's spokesperson admits crimes were committed in 2012 claiming a 5 yr SOL has expired.

"The statute of limitations may begin either when the harmful event such as fraud or injury, occurs or when it is discovered[color=red][/color].

Too bad most were discovered and recorded between 2014 and 2016 with some still occurring.

Still well within the 5 year discovery period as claimed above.
