There is a reason why the pps is only .37 cents

It is because of dilution/extreme toxic financing and a OS count of 1,000,000,000 (1 billion)

Thats is why there can be a trading day volume of 45,000,000 (Fridays) and the pps barely moves a few cents.

Yet the big three Canadian stocks move in the dollars range on any given day. They have a controlled os count, and are not corrupt criminals trying to find any barely legal loop hole to line their pockets with money.
