What is your measure of too early or too late.
Is 10 years of unlawful conservatorship and after $280B robbery, too early?

People who had invested in FnF with the hope of early retirement or education for children or some important life events have been deprived of their cnostitutional rights to the freedom and to private property.

Current legal system is not equipped to deal with such crimes against citizens. There is a need for special courts and special prosecutors to try these people. May be medieval practice of trial by fire fits the crimes.
