That is the last price traded as MM’s are prohibited from making a market (i.e. providing bid/ask). It is traded via matched trade.

Anyone interested in taking a company public would be best served just to file a S1 and start fresh without the RCCH baggage or getting info from geno.

Everyone knows how I feel about NSS, so I won’t go there.

Also, I believe the new tax code has made NOL’s less attractive.

Lastly, there are better shells that are available in exchange for new convertible debt
