No they won't. California will become legal but that doesn't mean all local municipalities will allow it to be sold there. San Bernardino County made it very clear that unincorporated towns like Nipton will not be allowed to grow or sell weed. They adopted that ordinance just last year. Nothing will change. As of January 1st it will be illegal for ERBB to grow or sell weed in Nipton CA. PERIOD!
