In summary to my long post: seeking alpha irrelevant.. bk done, now irrelevent. This is a reverse merger play. The commons will stay intact, not because of little folks, its simply because the big players protect the big players.

Legion owns tons of commons, why didn't they sell? its easy to understand imo, its because like on other reverse mergers the commons are staying in tact and they damn well knew it from HTC Global, the incoming company. IMO

Why did they buy a ton well after HTC bought Ciber for 93 million? on a haunch I suppose.

Forget a reverse split, low SS yes, but again its for the big guys again.

Just so happens the little guys get a win for once.
