ARNA is an Exchange Traded pharmaceutical stock that went straight to Nasdaq from an S-1. Real stocks...as in Exchange traded stocks can do RS’s for reasons other than creating liquidity which is the primary reason OTC issues do them. ARNA also has NO convertible debt and over $250 million in cash.

Apples and Oranges.

It is exceedingly rare for an OTC issue to do an RS that ends up being good for existing shareholders in any way.
