It would be replaced with the terms of the RS that reduced it. That is their only option currently. The company is...and continues to be in no position to do a share repurchase...and has not disclosed one as it would be required to do well before implementing one. In addition, all of the OS is functionally in the retail market...it’s not like there is a large holder even that could suddenly decide to just turn it all in out of the goodness of their heart.

They continue to issue shares INTO the market as of a couple weeks ago even. A company doesn’t do that if they want to reduce the OS....
