Very well said,, there are several Longs in it who doesn't invest in any other pennystocks. HCTI has huge potential but toxic financing screwed the share holders and share count. Since the revenue is increasing they may Buyback shares and retire. If they do so then it can cross even 20 cents and if not it may go to 1 or 2 cents easily. They kept adding big distributors, expanding to Europe and Asia which will increase revenue tremendously. Huge turnaround for sure here.
