the oid is taken off the top, and not added into the conversions. the oid is not ADDED to the price. so, on the $50k note that is convertible, they only gave the company $42,500, because the oid was $7500, but the company pays back the full $50k in convertibles. you need to correct your calculations. it's not $50k plus $7500.
