That isn't accurate - that isn't how the patent process works.

The patent application was rejected on 06/27/2017.

On the submission - they screwed up the cited prior art - you need to read the Non-final rejection.

There are a total of 11 Claims in the patent application.

Claims 1-4, 7 and 9-11 were rejected.

There were multiple reasons for the rejection - the worst was that the claims were unpatentable because of patent infringement.
