I'm sure you realize that Crypto SUB was Cryptocurrency Corp in a three way consolidation (I have the information by the way). Their company Cryptocurrency Corp requires a holding company in a consolidation of business units (this is a common practice)...thus HOLDCO, again, a commonly used term for the holding company and Crypto SUB, not CRCW, in the M&A agreement, is Cryptocurrency Corp. You need to understand how these things are done in the real world. Someone posted the CRCW stuff, not IFXY, a post from someone here making an assumption! IFXY responded and said completely false we are not associated with them. Not sure how that qualifies as a "lie"? This is small business stuff, not major NYSE Corp activities. It's easy to make claims when people don't understand how it works. As I mentioned, I've done significant DD, as have others, and only deal in facts, not emotional or perceived responses.
