Might shake loose a share or two but there’s a reason that the bid and ask are so thin - most are loaded up for a massive breakout already thus not much powder lying around for the bid and the ask is thin because there just aren’t many sellers here at all.

Oh and no dumpage volume because there are NOT any notes left to convert.

New entity that this will merge with has a 300 million AS we now have a 3 billion AS.......my guess is before it merges over the PPS here will be in penny territory, the CEO will do a 1/10 RS bringing the AS here in line with the AS of the merger shell (1:1 share per the 8k) also will bring even a .01 PPS pre RS and pre merger to a $1.00 PPS - and well in line for OTCQB status.

Interesting how all the puzzle pieces align.
