Motion to dismiss case filed on Pacer:

"Motion to Dismiss Case Pursuant to Section 1112(b) of the Bankruptcy Code filed by Cameron M. McCord on behalf of United Mobile Solutions, LLC. Hearing to be held on 1/24/2018 at 11:00 AM in Courtroom 1402, Atlanta, (McCord, Cameron)"

Next hearing is Jan 24th. Obviously this is mute, unless TALK responds to the SEC. Let's hope for something good.
