In Calif there will continue to be a very robust black market for Pot. It will be cheaper and it will be be untaxed. Everyone we know grows their own and some have min 100 plants hidden away on their remote property. City Peeps with good salaries such as NYC and San Francisco will always pay up but not your average person. JMHO
