Leo has run the business on a very low cash balance for a long time. He is funding operations through stock sales. At these depressed prices it takes more stock. That is keeping pressure on the stock price. The first partnership with a cash infusion will allow the stock to reach an equilibrium that will reflect true value. It will be like a pressure valve releasing an overheated boiler.
