lol Optex Delaware formed/incorporated 9/08 as the state of Delaware will confirm for you. Additionally, believe OPXS added another filing in their clean-up work that also spells out that they were a private company along with when Longview/Alpha formed this company which according to the first filing was not authorized to issue any shares until 12/28/08

Bottom line - filings cannot be trusted - shares are not issued to person selling them & he sells before they are issued which company reports 1+ year later - Owner with 15+M just disappears from filings without any explanation & investors get ripped off 2x in a row etc, etc - not rocket science here lol.

And yes, let's move on which i posted we should do last night because is pointless :)
