We know for a FACT that the Z cars were not reversed mergered into JBZY, to continue to push it as fact is bullshit.

The two registered Jinbo ZJMY and the ZJMY not related to Jinbo proves it. Your own DD proves it as well. The Z cars are owned by another company and has NOT been made part of the empty JBZY shell. Those assets and liabilities will not be a part of JBZY.

JBZY wants to develop and sell EV cars, they're not even close to doing so and we'll never know if they actually do. JBZY has admitted they want to develop two cars, this all contradicts with an existing Z car company not related to JBZY.

Nevermind all of the fake Photoshop photos with clearly pasted in Z logos on cars put out by JBZY themselves as well as clearly showing cars that don't belong to them on their company website. Nevermind the China article questioning the validity of JBZY. Nevermind that it went from .15+ and is headed under .02!!! Let's just forget all of that and believe the bullshit DD.
