The offering is most likely done but the paper work has been slow to file over the holiday. Next week

NWBO just did a similar offering but with the price at 0.23 which was closer to the actual price. It closes today and we should also see the filing next week.

Retail is mauling over the the price being below the offering value, while insiders have likely gobbled up the offering before take off shortly
