registering shares and an IPO are two different things. The shares haven't been offered to the public nor are there any registered shares to do so. All scam BS from Wayne and friends.

But then Wayne will never stop his lying in order to sell his shares so we will likely hear those lies, and others, frequently and as we have for years.
