Yes, if PLSB were trading in the “pennies” with this share structure I’d agree that they’d have a way to go before having to do a REVERSE STOCK SPLIT but down near par with low volume (for it’s current price)- I’m speculating that their TOXIC “funders/Lenders” told Yates, “no more Notes at this moment” hence the desperation move coming....REVERSE STOCK SPLIT!!!
