McNally has a good head, but hes not infallible. I would add misstep (s) on his part to the list of risks - we are already on razor's edge, all his maneuvering is haunted by the position in which we were left by past leadership. Case in point the poor timing of the announcement of the last raise would not have been as deleterious had the share price been bolstered a long time ago. I believe he may have been leaning on Randall too heavily in that play and perhaps did not apply enough critical thinking around the timing? The other side of the coin is I hope we can keep Mac long enough to get us through...when his talent is recognized he may receive an offer he can't refuse. Then, with whom are we left? Point being, the tech is great, but leadership makes or breaks a company. They should be considered in the risk calculus.
