MUST READ- $AEXE- SC13G- filed today confirming S1!!!

It sure does appear like L2 Capital secured 9.9% as per the filing and in accordance with the S1 and then the reported eventual name change to Aim Energy.

This will not be trading at .0038-.0042 pps by end of day. My guess - is we will have an interesting runner today.... the question I have is ... will $AEXE close VERY strong today and into the new year ? They got this all done at the end of the year .. incredible. So many reasons why - I can't go into detail now because it would take me too long to research and put up my typical DD.

1- LARGER COAL COMPANIES DO NOT LIKE TO BE TRADING SUB PENNY !!!

2- MY BEST GUESS this makes a penny run today and either hits and breaks .01 pps OR ... it comes very very close. This may present prospective shareholders with an excellent chance at catching an institutional runner -- when a substantial deal goes through - and they issue an S-1- and then right beofre the end of the year - the deal appears to have gone through ???? Yes. And likely for some tax reason. This has a chance to present a great trade and if the company proves that it also wants the stock price up - it MAY end up being even longer than a swing. THAT WILL BE UP TO THE MARKET and the company with proving INCREASED shareholder values.

THIS WAS TRADING FAR HIGHER JUST MONTHS AGO. I'm gonna ride this retail and institutional wave for as high as the market values this stock now. THIS WILL SOON BE AIM ENERGY ....and it appears they likely locked up the major deal -- as the new beneficial owner has come to market to signal they appear READY.
