Hoghead7 you are probably right

FCEL reported 3rd quarter earnings Sept 7 2017 for the period ending July 31, 2017...so by that I would assume 4th quarter ends October 31, 2017.

I was incorrect in assuming 4th quarter financial results ended December 31, 2017 because they pushed the earnings report to January 11, 2018 and I was too focused on the "FCEL subsidiary issue" to think straight. I, like fsuelvine, wonder why there was no release prior to FCEL being listed as a subsidiary for ExxonMobil on Wikipedia today. I sure would like to see news about that.

The earnings announcement for January 11, 2018 doesn't address the period for earnings.
