u would think it not to smart to undercut the rest of the market.
personally, id be a bit peaved if i was trying to move a product that i had to sell for 399.00 or 499.00 when i knew that heartland could undercut it by 100.00 or 200.00/unit.
does anyone here see the logic in that? or is that the standard retail price?
if they are selling them for 299.00, how much net is really left after office, rent, packaging,shipping, salaries,advertising, rent, phone expenses , utilities etc.
it would also seem that with margins that cant be that great that they better ramp up and sell alot more than 20,000 units this year .
i will admit i dont know alot about these things.
anyone here set me straight on this?
