MA from Chi... I've been here for maybe 5 years now, and held just because it got down so low, I couldn't pay for the brokerage charge to get out!
Whether Bitcoin will ever see sustained growth, who knows, but as Bitcoin went, so did many other C-Currencies! Now, the tables may have turned as the whole genre took a forward step? Now it may be the more utility minded C-C's who will keep Bitcoin alive and well, as more and more people are realizing the benefits of certain C-C's that offer so much more nowadays?
Also Bitcoin went through some struggling times, being the first C-C to arrive, and kept growing despite periods where sentiment went down to almost fatal levels when the whole group of C-C's were thought of as Junk! Yes, it dropped quite a few times, but it always came back, and with all that cash on hand, they could afford to add new benefit features, making it ever more appealing to the public!
I bought my first C-C by the name of Crypterium.io, which offers benefits every time you pay a bill, or receive a car loan or Home loan! And if you wait a bit until it maybe doubles the price, which it is close to doing, you can pay your "Bill" with the excess tokens, and never touch the initial amount, which often goes up in value as time passes!
I don't know if Bitcoin's time has passed, but it will always be in the public's mind, especially when you can purchase tiny bits of one Bitcoin? Who knows, I have so much to learn?? GLTA...t
