Not really, because of the 1 billion outstanding shares. They have to consolidate first, but the insiders will not do that until they exhaust the current situation to a stand still and leave no crumbs on the table.
That is why they hired Micheal James--NRTI

I said it before.....they would have let the pps rise to about .40's with or without CA rec. They need to show progress from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 in the pps for metrics purposes.
