Based on what? ATYG has not submitted a financial for going on 5 years. They have no bid and little to no volume. ASKE simply used the old Javan King con by cold-calling Pink CEOs, trying to talk them into signing on with the "anti-dilutive convertible preferred" program. Albion signed up, and ATYG has been dormant since.
