Don't get how my links changed but doesn't matter b/c the following is from the original 4/3/09 8K filing but this one is missing signatures & info here is not in the newer 4/3/09 8K which is much shorter BUT as all can see - there is no way Alpha could sell what wasn't issued to him or sell in 10/08 which was before company even issued shares to sell & i took a screen shot of this filing this time!!
