Scams don't have real products. If this was a scam, it would have been long gone by now.
EDIG is reinventing itself and appears to be suceeding at it.
Considering IFE, Odyssey 1000, Eclipse and the Disney Wireless project, I hardly think you can consider missed timelines and difficult markets as scams-disappointments maybe, but not a scam.
If disappointments qualifies for a scam, then all of wallstreet would have been a scam.
Truth be told, it's a matter of a deal or two getting done, which is looking likely, and new light will be shed.
