Okay, well lets look at the last time the price dropped. The exact same thing happened. 500k shares on the bid 10% lower than the price. In this case, price was .0044 and bid was at .004. 10k shares of that block was bought dropping the price to .0038. The remaining 490k sits at .004 as the price slowly declines into the .002's. As soon as the price turns around, the 490k block disappears. Look at the volume. 490k blocks are never bought. Of course, you do have to be paying attention to level 2 to pick up on this pattern.
