Problem is that anything goes in OTC. Worst regulated market there is.
That's why most stocks in OTC are scams.
There's no problem with that as long as people are aware.
If you can flip this POS, do so. Don't hold for long cause you'll be stuck.

IMO, this is strictly a flipping POS!!
