IMO, when playing anything on OTC take it as a very high risk with very high potential return. I honestly think a lot is based on hope. In this case it's a lot of speculation. The potential for returns at this point out weighs the risk. I take OTC plays as long term plays, if you look for that quick buck then you can be highly disappointed and turn into a very angry investor like others around here.
