MMs have been playing here for longtime. HCTI is not a regular Pump and Dump stock. They don't release any junk PRs which is good too. We all knew that share price is crazily gone down due to note holders dilution. We all are expected turnaround from here and it is a game changer. 100/200 million ASK is nothing if they release some good PR or Financials. There are several longs waiting to load 100s of millions of shares and we all wanted some confirmation from management.
