I think this is incredibly beneficial... They will have cash and equity on hand to secure warrants to satisy the 8k proposals...

This may be part of a bigger picture that may surpass all our expectations.... even the dreamer price targets of $10 if these mergers and newly acquired holdings are followed by effective IR strategy.
