A few public record checks only shows a few minor traffic violations.

I Don't think this venture is related to his others, and on paper he looks smart enough to keep it to himself until it is off the ground and all the legal stuff is handled. I really don't think he intended us to stumble on this so early in the game. Realistically it can take time for this to get off the ground and for any press on what is really happening. I also would expect a name change before any press so there is no link back to the old shell. I also would think Bannor is a consultant hired by someone else for some sort of stake in the company to assist with the startup. The real persons of interest are unknown at this time. At this point it is a waiting game. Also researching Bannor if he is a consultant for someone else is somewhat pointless if his name is just a placeholder for someone else...
