I do not call it a scam but the gang that can't shoot straight. Trying in vain to dilute the current shareholder base to build a greenhouse facility for their CFO on the shareholder dime. Heck, they lost money in CO, might lose in the Midwest, and could not even file a registration statement correctly with the SEC??? Remember recently they put in a 2,000,000 shares sold for 400k in a put notice in the filings? LOL. Does not mean chumps cannot trade it higher on hopium though as seen recently. The Mass politico's will rule the day, per usual. Acan will evaporate over time and lose money all next year or even a few more years at best before oblivion.
