I suppose that traders in the US realize that yesterday was the last day for tax loss selling.....unless they are planning to lie to the IRS. According to tax sites that I researched the date stated is Dec 27, 2017. Maybe someone else knows different, because while the volume today isn't enormous....the ask has dropped substantially suggesting that losses are willing to be taken.
