Seen an article today that large drugmakers have more patents expiring in the next 5 years than any other time in history. This means they will be looking to buy small biotech firms like crazy to extend their patent pipelines. The tax plan helps even more with giving them more buying power to do this next year. May not apply to NEOT since it will be merged into bigger company but a good note for small biotech firms overall. Im buying anything small with trial drugs in place. Anything for diabetes, lung cancer, alzheimers.....
