Singpoli Groups plans at the site include creating a destination complex that includes a Horse Track in partnership with Santa Anita Park, rented horse stalls, employee dorms, a hotel, a K-9 Training facility, Greenhouses, a Zipline aerial adventure park, and a Virtual Reality adventure park.

Looks like a destination like park.

I can only assume that TCNT will be involved in Singpoli's growth going forward.

We just need them to unveil their plan as to how TCNT's involvment will unfold.
