I absolutely love that Inventergy, with the backing of Fortress, is suing Apple, ZTE, and HTC. Apple cannot just steamroll this problem away. The Fortress litigation team is hungry for that payout.
However, Inventergy (IMO) is stalled until monetary compensation arrives. They are doing bare bones operations until then.

I figure the lawsuits should resolve anywhere from 2 months (early settlement) to 1.5 years (drawn out court case). As long as they receive 50 million in compensation I will be ecstatic.

I would like an update on the patents that they own exclusively. Yet, I haven't heard much. I do know INVT is heavy in IoT, which is still a burgeoning business, but I see no connection to INVT and any block chain tech.

So be careful selling off in the next months especially right before Feb. Get in while you can while the entry is low. I am not saying it will blow up but it just might.
