Let me get this straight you have what you believe are big time profitable

movies, but rather than making the profits on them and releasing them you

delay them because of a merger proposal and going to split those huge

profits with the supposedly merger partner. One would think one would

release these movies and make the money instead of wanting to wait and

split the money. Something just don't add up.
